Hi, I'm Wendy. Pleased to meet you! I’m a qualified MBSR teacher and certified by the Dutch Association for Mindfulness (VVM). My aim in teaching mindfulness is to promote well-being, help reduce stress and allow everyone to live their best life. Mindfulness has had such a positive impact on me, I’m inspired to share the benefits of this art and science with others. With me you will get clear, practical and down-to-earth guidance. But also kindness, warmth, and a mischievous sense of humour!
After 20 years working as Senior Lecturer for a UN-institute, I was ready for a new challenge and made the switch from language teacher to mindfulness trainer. And I’ve never looked back! Being a guide on the path to mindfulness is a privilege and hugely rewarding.

Originally from Scotland, I settled in the Netherlands over 20 years ago. I speak Dutch but offer my courses in English to serve the international community. My husband is a safari guide from Zimbabwe and together we offer mindful safaris in southern Africa.
