Water meditation and floating - Awakening

Warm water helps with relaxation. Relaxation can help with movement, meditation and visualisation. The water is 35 degrees so that you can relax and enjoy the flow, meditation and floating.
With a small group of 3 - 6 people we will start in the water with a meditation and visualisation. While standing and making or allowing small movements, the warm water helps to bring your attention in. We will explore the theme Awakening, with the energy of Spring. After the meditation there is free floating. You may completely relax, with music, Tibetan bowls and some gentle massage movements as I walk around.
